Grants
The Lowcountry Continuum of Care Partnership has provided funding to area homeless housing and services programs through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Continuum of Care Grants. Since 1995, this funding has totaled more than $14.5 million. We also hope to make available additional funding opportunities in the future.
The process for the HUD COC application begins each April. Watch for information to be posted here each spring when the HUD Continuum of Care funding application is made available.
For information about projects included in the 2010 HUD COC Grant application see 2010 HUD CoC Application. We have been notified that the renewal projects were fully funded, but to date (3/8/11), we are still awaiting announcement of awards for new projects.
