Housing Inventory
The Lowcountry Continuum of Care Partnership conducts an annual inventory of the emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing (for people with disabilities) beds/units available for people who are homeless in our 7 county service area.
The Lowcountry Continuum of Care Partnership conducts and annual survey and produces an inventory of the housing available for homeless individuals and families. This inventory is divided into emergency shelter, transitional housing (length of stay up to 24 months with supportive services provided), and permanent supportive housing (indefinite length of stay for person with disabilities, includes supportive services).
